Engineer → policymaker → social entrepreneur. Dr. Osama left engineering after seeing structural barriers to educational progress and pursued policy and system-level reform. His leadership spans roles such as Director (Middle East/Asia) at ANGLE plc, Young Global Leader (World Economic Forum, 2013–2018), Science Policy Advisor to the Government of Pakistan (2017–19), R&D Advisor to the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (2020–21), and founder of INNOVentures Global and STEMx.
